Media Agreement

Below are the terms of the media policy of the Burlington County Footlighters, Inc., herein known as BCF. Anyone agreeing to abide by the terms of the policy (participant) agrees to the following terms.

• To use their likeness in any and all of its publications including but not limited to all of BCF's printed and digital publications.
• Acknowledge that since their participation is voluntary, no financial compensation or remuneration will be offered, including any royalties or payment for any specific photograph.
• Grant BCF the rights to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute in order publicize BCF's programs or any other related, lawful purpose.
• Waves all tights to approve any finished product that contains their likeness, including any written or electronic copies.
• Hold harmless and permanently discharge BCF from all claims, demands, and causes of action which the participant, their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on their behalf or on behalf of their estate have or may have by reason of this policy.
